My great uncle's ... estimated late 1940s based on the contents of the box holding this item.
As photographed on all sides.
Suspect the yellow knob is also bakelite, but can't tell, could be metal.
There are two minuscule nicks in the knob; else, the caddy is in great shape; no issues.
