2008 Longaberger Small Fruit Basket Set in Olive green Stain
Could you find a perfect use or display spot for this pretty olive green basket this fall?  This beautiful Fruit Basket with its curved, inverted bottom is a useful size for many things.  The graceful Fruit Baskets require a skilled weaver to use shoestring weave to make the curve at the bottom.  An American work of art ready for seasonal or year 'round decor.
The Small Fruit was offered for many years beginning in 1979, and in 2008-2009 it returned in new stains of Olive, Merlot, and Warm, Rich, and Deep Brown.  Classy stitched leather ears added to the special Basket.  These ears are wanting to lay to the inside of the Basket but could probably be pulled to the outside somehow
Olive green stain is the traditional drab green color.
It's always tempting to find a use for a Fruit Basket that shows the beautiful bottom, such as laying the basket on its side with small pumpkins and gourds spilling out as a centerpiece this fall.  A lightweight potted plant could sit on the basket's inverted bottom inside the plastic protector.  This little basket would be fun serving nuts or other snacks.
Basket and plastic Protector are in displayed-only great condition. The Longaberger woodburn is on bottom but the weaver's initials and date are nowhere to be found.  That happened sometimes, and maybe you can find it.  Please use the zoom feature to look closely at all photos
