Marietta Pottery Co. Vintage Ceramic Glazed Basket Vase Mother Verse

This is a preowned vintage Copr Marietta Pottery Company Ohio ceramic glazed basket / vase with a black metal handle. The handle folds down, and shows a little wear. This basket is yellow with a gold painted bow, and open book style quote : With Sincere Good Wishes (on the left), To a Darling Mother (on the right). The dimensions are as follows: The basket is 11 1/4" tall with the handle. The basket alone is 6 3/4" tall X 10" wide. There is a tiny spot area on the top rim where the paint and glaze were not applied. Also there are two little areas on the gold bow where the paint and glaze were not applied. This piece is a lighter yellow color than it appears in my photos. There are no chips or cracks. This vintage piece makes a beautiful Mothers Day Gift.
