Effect:
"You show a red plastic frame with a string through it and a die threaded on the string in the center of the frame.  The spectator holds tightly both ends of the string as you move the frame from left to right several times to convince the spectator that the string runs through the die!  Now the performer places a handkerchief over the frame.....and in one second, the die FALLS TO THE FLOOR....It's a miracle."  The die penetrates off the string while the string is being held by a spectator!
The method for this trick is very revealing.  When I first started in Magic over 40 years ago I would buy every little trick like this I could because when you learn the secrets to so many tricks many of the methods can be applied to other bigger effects.  Tricks like this expand your working knowledge of how many tricks work or

should say the Method or Secret to many tricks.  The props supplied for this effect could be a better quality for sure but once you see the secret to the effect you could easily make your own using a higher quality die.  This is an economic version of this very cool trick.
