It is made of a light weight cotton / poly blend woven fabric with a flannel backing.
The patch is red, white and blue with a dark blue border.
The patch reads:  "Panama."
Condition:  Very Good to Excellent Condition.  Little to no signs of natural wear.  No visible holes or stains.  Appears to have been used little, if at all.
