New in plastic national flag of Senegal.  Manufactured in the U.S. by the Valley Forge Flag Company, this flag was intended to be utilized to honor visiting Senegalese dignitaries and Senegalese military members.
Very high quality wool and nylon construction with two brass grommets.  When produced, this was not a low cost item intended to be used just once; but one worthy to fly in the presence of a foreign visitor to U.S. Military functions.
