    4 Sands Casino center paper hot stamps for the poker chips. These were made during the Howard Hughes era. Under the , is "H.N.O.", which means Hughes Nevada Operation (1968-1979).
    These are used center harden heavy-weight type paper that came off the chips that were
    placed in the cement floor of casinos. The casinos do this for good luck!
